QR Stickers provides tools to generate QR codes with custom content that becomes accessible upon scanning. While we strive to maintain a reliable and secure platform, the Service is offered “as-is” and “as-available,” and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Content Provided: Any text, links, or other material ("Content") embedded in QR codes generated using the Service.
• Compliance with Laws: Ensuring that your Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and prohibitions on illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Distribution: The sharing and distribution of QR codes generated through the Service. You agree to exercise caution and avoid embedding harmful or malicious content.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate QR codes that link to or display Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Distribute malware, phishing attempts, or other malicious material through QR codes.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any individual or entity.
• Mislead users or impersonate another individual or organization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the Content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant QR Stickers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QR Stickers, its affiliates, and their respective employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your Content.
• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland.
